Frequently asked questions

Before you switch

Can I keep my number?

Yes. With number porting your number (e.g. from OTE, Vodafone, Nova) moves to the modulus network. With inBundle and inNumber plans, porting is free.

What internet connection do I need?

A standard connection is enough. Each concurrent call needs about 100 kbps. On networks with many calls we configure QoS on the router (e.g. MikroTik) for clear sound.

Do I need special equipment?

No. You can talk from the app on your mobile or computer. If you want a desk phone, we recommend Grandstream phones, which we set up for you.

What is a “channel”?

The number of simultaneous incoming calls. With 2 channels, 2 people can call you at the same time. Outgoing calls are unlimited on all plans.

Are there minute bundles or a monthly fee?

No. You pay the yearly number subscription and the minutes you talk from prepaid credit, per minute, with no hidden charges.

What are Premium and Exclusive numbers?

Special numbers that are easy to remember (e.g. repeating digits), ideal for businesses that want to stand out.

Can I have a number from another city?

Yes. You can get a geographic number from any area of Greece (Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras, etc.) or an international number in 60+ countries.
