For any matter concerning your personal data, write to us at info@exelixisnet.gr.
When you send us a message, we record what you fill in: full name, company, phone, email, subject and your message, as well as the page you sent it from. We use it only to reply to you and to handle your request.
In the chat we record the messages, your name and phone or email if you give them, the page where the chat started and the IP address (for protection against spam and abuse). A random chat code is stored in your browser (localStorage) so the conversation continues when you change page.
We don’t use your data for advertising, we don’t sell it and we don’t build profiles.
Your data is seen only by the Exelixisnet staff who answer requests. To run the website we use the following partners (processors):
Google and Telegram may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses). We don’t transfer data to anyone else, unless the law requires it.
The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you. Fonts are loaded from our own server, not from Google.
You can delete this data from your browser settings at any time.
You have the right to request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and to object to processing. Email us at info@exelixisnet.gr and we’ll reply within one month at the latest.
If you believe the processing breaches the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
The website runs exclusively over an encrypted connection (https). Access to messages is allowed only to authorized users, and we apply measures against spam and abuse.
If the way we process your data changes, we will update this page and the date at its top.
